Personal Project
The aim of this project is to improve the branding of Retina and to design a smart light control app for their line of smart lights for the Indian market.
The main challenge was to create something that is easy to use in the context of a user’s home while maintaining different levels of control over the home and the devices.
App Overview
App overview and walkthrough screens give an introduction of the various features of the Retina App.
Login and Sign-up Screens
Login and Sign-up screens with data validation and associating different accounts.
Home Builder
Build a layout of your home, add different floors and add/modify rooms. Also add devices associated with each rooms
Control Devices and Rooms
Turn on and off and control device properties by selecting the floor and rooms. See device status if they are turned on in individual rooms and number of devices turned on in each room
Schedule your devices
Schedule devices and select their settings for the schedule. Select whether devices are to be turned on, turned off and operation mode. You can also repeat the schedules on a weekly basis.
Dashboard
Set up custom dashboards and view granular data for each data point based on time duration and device-wise usage.
