First Impressions

First impressions of the service is based on the observations before signing-up for the service. Since it is a paid service, the main website is how the potential customers/users know and evaluate before they start using it and decide on the service or one of its competitors instead. To circumvent this, they provide a free trial for 15 days where a vendor can use the system and evaluate the suitability and whether they would like it for the business.

The Experiment

Setting up a fake store on Shopify platform using the free trial time period and using Limespot with the 15 day trial period to evaluate the on-boarding experience and suggest improvements
